All client engagements start with an initial phone assessment. This assessment pinpoints your organizational needs. Subsequently, a three hour initial session is scheduled. The session can occur during nights and weekends to accommodate your schedule.

Initially, we will work with you using your undivided attention through the project's duration. Depending on the nature of the engagement, subsequent sessions can be planned where we work alone, or we work where your presence is only needed for guidance and clarification.
